The To'omalatai Family Foundation, in partnership with Tusitala Productions, empowers NHPI communities through programs that create pathways for aspiring creatives to access training, industry networks, and opportunities to showcase their talents.
Internships
We provide year-round internship opportunities for NHPI youth in collaboration with Tusitala Productions. Interns rotate through three key departments—Production, Design, and Marketing—allowing them to gain valuable hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and enhance their portfolios.
Oceania Initiatives
TFF is steadfast in our commitment to empowering communities across Oceania. Through a range of transformative initiatives, we strive to advance education and expand access to vital resources for Pacific Islanders in remote regions, ensuring that every child, regardless of their location, has the opportunity to thrive.
Fellowships
In partnership with Tusitala Productions, TFF offers a fellowship program that provides Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian professionals with mentorship, development, and hands-on experience in sports and storytelling. This initiative creates a direct pathway to the industry, fostering leadership and empowering cultural representation.
Next Wave Workshops
We offer quarterly, free workshops across key regions including Hawaii, Utah, and California, aimed at empowering NHPI youth of all ages. These workshops are designed to educate and inspire the next generation, providing them with the skills and knowledge to explore diverse pathways within the creative industries, and unlock new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
